Prime New Hotel - Nha Trang

While I loved the location—just a short, quiet walk to the beach, perfect for exploring nearby attractions like St Joseph's Parish Church and Nha Trang Night Market—the hotel’s service left much to be desired. The room was comfortable, but check-in and wake-up calls were disorganized. Despite the enjoyable outdoor pool, I can't recommend this hotel for families based on our experience.

This was a great and unbeatable location just off night markets, the sailing club and Nha Trang centre, the great restaurant strip and the alley. Neat and nicely furnished units with seaview, a balcony, as example, and the staff were super-friendly.

The staff couldn't care less; they didn't even help me find my way around. Just a frustrating experience all around.

Had a suite, and we greatly enjoyed it. The hotel had a central setting to bus station to Dalat.

Had a really comfortable stay, the hotel is modern and modest.

It had marvellous location with access to Su Spa nearby. I've been here for 3 nights, the breakfast was overall satisfactory.

The worst part was definitely the balcony situation. I couldn't believe my eyes-another room's window was just 20cm away from mine! Every night, they smoked and partied loudly, making it impossible to relax or even open the curtains. So frustrating!

They have freely upgraded our reservation to their best room. The view over the bay was really nice.

The hotel looks like recently and approximally restructured. They have carpeting but no vacuum cleaner. The cooling system is not mainteined and pumps all the smells in your room. There was a spy on signalling to change the filter and the best they made was probably clearing the alarm from the central control. Breakfast is very low quality and personnel is more concentrated to take away dishes while you are eating than refilling the buffet.

Rooms are very clean and the suite was spacious. Great location for shopping and the main entrainment area. Staff very friendly and helpful

The pillows were so hard I had to use the couch pillows. There needs to be more deck chairs on the top level where the little pool is and please add cushions to the deck chairs. This would help to enjoy that beautiful view. Also please don't charge for a bucket of ice, that was a huge disappointment.

There was misleading information placed on the website concerning the facilities in the rooms, they say that there is a bath, in the descriptions of all rooms. On arrival we found out only the most expensive have them so we just had a lousy shower. Hotel services like bike rentals were overpriced, about twice what you pay on the street. We arrived early because of our train, and were not allowed to check in or offered breakfast. We walked around for hours and came back when we were too tired to walk more, and eventually go to check in early by paying 12 dollars more!

Climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel television in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. The lovely view on the sea. Location just off the buses and transportation, and the beach and all the great food places. Outstanding food in the restaurants such as The Square Restaurant, located 5 min away.

I had a fantastic stay at the Prime! The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach, and there were plenty of shops and eateries around. My room was spacious and comfortable, complete with good air conditioning and a nice bathroom featuring a shower and a bathtub. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with my queries and even suggesting great places to dine. The rooftop pool, although small, offered beautiful views, adding to my good experience.

When we arrived they didnn't have any proof of our booking so stuffed us aboutThey then put us in a different room for one night. So the next day we had to change and it took four rooms to find the sort of room we asked for. After all that we booked a diving trip for the two of us, but when we got back we were pleased to find out that we had only payed for one of use so had to pay again.

We stayed at Prime Hotel for 7 days, May 2011. We found the hotel to be most comfortable. We had a standard room with a minute seaview, but OK for the $36.00 we paid. They charge $20.00 for airport pickup but you could easily get airport taxi for 250000 vnd, about $12.50. Our only concern with the hotel is that they have the worst toilet paper we have ever come across and only 1 roll per day that always ran out.
